Consultation
Intake
During the admissions process, you will participate in a phone screening. This helps determine the most appropriate service you can obtain. Though brief, the phone screen will ask a variety of questions in order to gather necessary information. You may book your consultation on this site.
Intakes will be scheduled via Simple Practice which is an encrypted third party professional software. The intake appointment will take about 1 hour to complete, so please plan accordingly. *Note: intake appointment times can vary depending on the severity of the case. The Clinician conducting the intake assessment will ask a variety questions in order to gather necessary information.
Virtual Outpatient Treatment
Sessions will be scheduled via Simple Practice which is an encrypted third party professional software. Sessions are offered up to once per week, up to 1 hour per session, based on schedule availability.
